In Unmasked, you have to become a familiar online personality and get to the End. Literally.

This game uses procedural generation in a 2D platformer and you essentially create platforms and hope for the best that you can make it to the end.

I thought the gameplay was okay, I assume most of the time was spent in the PCG. I loved the theme and every element (like a speedrun timer) worked well together.

Postjam Version3 Changelog

  • Made the player less slippery when close to an edge
  • Creepers and spiders are less likely to get stuck on the spot
  • Fixed some erratic spider behavior where they keep turning around
  • Moved up the Piglin in level 4
  • Resized WebGL version

Postjam Version2 Changelog

  • Creepers actually work (most of the time). They trigger, explode and do damage to the terrain, player and enemies (including hunters)
  • Changed the dragon fight, you only have to destroy the crystals now. The dragon will try to stop you, however.
  • Spiders are bigger and more erratic
  • Lava can now be removed and kill enemies (but not hunters)
  • Cheating to the left hand side should be more reliable and less likely to spawn stuff on you
  • Enemies are more likely to spawn upon cheating
  • Some volume adjustments
  •  Added a bit more tiles to the edges of the levels and removed the tile palettes
  • Added a speed run timer

GAMEJAM VERSION: I didn't make a tutorial but for the final level you have to cheat the crystals away and then the dragon. Also it doesn't work lol
